SHIPPING FAQ

Orders usually ship within 1-2 business days. If you opt for expedited shipping, such as UPS Next Day Air, your order will typically be shipped the same day if you place it by 12 pm EST. However, please note that choosing expedited shipping does not guarantee the order will arrive the same day. Instead, it indicates that once the order is in UPS’s possession, it will be delivered according to the chosen shipping method. We do not guarantee UPS transit times, and refunds for shipping charges due to late delivery will not be issued. 

Once you add items to your shopping cart, there is a calculator at the bottom of the page that estimates shipping costs. 

Leather, carpet and fabric is shipped using UPS only. If thread or samples are ordered, you have the option of UPS or USPS.  

Yes. Orders can be placed on our website to ship internationally. We only use UPS to ship international orders.

International shipments are typically delivered in approximately one week depending on how quickly it clears through customs.

Yes. You can provide shipping documents for UPS, FEDEX, or DHL. If you send FEDEX or DHL documents, you will need to also schedule a pickup. We only have daily UPS pickups.

CNC Stitched Panels take 7-10 business days to ship once the order is placed.

We only ship leather rolled on a tube, never folded. Same goes for Alcantara.
